We are seeking a proactive, organized, administrative assistant to support our office staff. This role is ideal for someone who loves being the backbone of a busy office and has the creativity and skill to help execute our marketing and social media efforts. Administrative &amp; Office SupportAnswer phones, manage email inboxes, and route messages efficientlyAssist the owner and project manager with daily tasks and client communicationMaintain organized job files: contracts, estimates, photos, change orders, permits, notesSupport scheduling for clients, crews, and leadershipManage receipts, vendor statements, and basic bookkeeping tasksPrepare and manage client communication templates and follow-up messagesKeep the office running smoothly by anticipating needs and solving problems proactively Social Media &amp; MarketingManage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile)Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the Full Circle Painting brandMonitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performanceAssist with the creation of promotional materials: flyers, postcards, door hangers, job-site materialsOrganize email lists and support newsletters, promotions, and follow-up campaignsRequest, track, and respond to customer reviewsAssist with neighborhood and seasonal marketing initiatives Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:Previous administrative assistant or other office experienceExperience managing business social media accountsMarketing or content creation experience preferredExtremely organized with strong time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and excellent team playerFamiliarity with the construction or home-services industry is a plus, but not required Compensation &amp; Benefits:$25.00 - $30.00 an hour based on experiencePaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for growth and long-term advancement
