Visit us at TomWilliamsResidential.com.</p><p><br></p><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Position Overview</span></h2><p>We are seeking a skilled, reliable Punchout / Repair Technician to complete final-stage work</p><p>and warranty repairs. This role supports project closeout and client satisfaction with hands-on work in</p><p>completed or occupied homes.</p><p><br></p><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>Perform finish carpentry, drywall, paint, tile, and general punch list repairs</li><li>Complete interior and exterior warranty repairs</li><li>Install surface protection and assist with jobsite cleanup</li><li>Handle light plumbing, electrical, hardware, and fixture repairs</li><li>Perform minor landscaping tasks (digging, raking) and pressure washing</li><li>Maintain professional and respectful presence in client homes</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li>4-7 years of residential construction or maintenance experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and light electrical</li><li>Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and time management abilities</li><li>Basic computer skills (BuilderTrend or CoConstruct experience preferred)</li><li>Valid driver&amp;#39;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Basic tools required</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">What We Offer</span></h2><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay of $20-$30 based on experience</li><li>Weekly pay schedule</li><li>Positive, team-oriented work environment with growth potential</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-end residential projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join our team of skilled professionals!
