Punchout / Repair Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, reliable Punchout / Repair Technician to complete final-stage work

and warranty repairs. This role supports project closeout and client satisfaction with hands-on work in

completed or occupied homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry, drywall, paint, tile, and general punch list repairs
• Complete interior and exterior warranty repairs
• Install surface protection and assist with jobsite cleanup
• Handle light plumbing, electrical, hardware, and fixture repairs
• Perform minor landscaping tasks (digging, raking) and pressure washing
• Maintain professional and respectful presence in client homes

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of residential construction or maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and light electrical
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Basic computer skills (BuilderTrend or CoConstruct experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic tools required
