Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in Cleveland, GA as we expand our modular home

manufacturing facility. This hands-on position involves framing, assembly, trim work, and finish carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform framing, assembly, and construction tasks for modular home components
• Execute trim work, hardware installation, and finish carpentry tasks
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Install doors, cabinets, windows, and finish details to company standards
• Follow blueprints and specifications from project managers
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications

• 5 years of residential construction or carpentry experience
• Strong working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and light electrical
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and construction techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work extended periods
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Professional appearance and behavior
