Visit us at TomWilliamsResidential.com.</p><p><br></p><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Position Overview</span></h2><p>We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee custom residential</p><p>construction and remodeling projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time,</p><p>within budget, and to quality standards.</p><p><br></p><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li>Review contracts, proposals, and bids for feasibility, schedule, and cost issues</li><li>Conduct daily job site visits to monitor quality, progress, safety, and cleanliness</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate material procurement</li><li>Manage subcontractor performance and obtain required permits</li><li>Lead pre-construction meetings and submit daily job reports to clients</li><li>Handle change orders including scope, pricing, documentation, and approvals</li><li>Complete project close-out with punch lists and final walkthroughs</li><li>Track actual costs vs. estimates and coordinate with sales and accounting</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">Qualifications</span></h2><ul><li>Minimum 5 years managing residential construction or remodeling projects</li><li>Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred</li><li>Hands-on experience in residential construction trades</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management software</li><li>Experience with luxury home construction ($1 million+ projects)</li><li>Knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes</li><li>BuilderTrend or CoConstruct experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul><h2><span style="font-size: 16px;">What We Offer</span></h2><ul><li>Competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000 based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-end custom residential projects</li><li>Collaborative team environment focused on excellence</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ready to lead exceptional construction projects?
